BRAKES: Primo ebrake with odyssey cable & Mono lever-R200

Is the frame negotiable at all?
i dont have 2k is 1700 good?

Dude the frame is late 2008/beginning 2009.
Super dailed frame, very light. nice feel, integrated seatclamp, spanish bb, internal headset etc.
The frame has a small dent on the top tube but that's nothing to worry about.
Dude I really need the cash so the lowest I might do is R2000 for the frame and the whole brake set-up.
